The goal of this workshop is to guide participants in exploring and expanding their understanding of pleasure, both sexually and in everyday life through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical exercises that will increase self-care and self-love with practice.

Who is it for?: This workshop is open to individuals, above 18 and all genders who wish to cultivate a greater sense of pleasure and improve the relationship with yourself.
